I have a requirement to create the following similar visual in Power BI. Could anyone please suggest if there is any custom visual already available or any other alternate solution?

It is not able to exactly replicate such a visual in Power BI. Based on my research, here are some different kinds of timeline custom visual, please check if they apply to your scenario.
