Time & Date Filter without Slicer

Greetings Friends, 

I'm trying to apply a time filter on a Card visual where its slicing for today and in the last hour, however whenever I try to do that its giving me a "blank reading", please note that filtering it by date gives me the average values in that date, and the data is received every hour from server. 

The data is received with a column for date, column for time and column for the value needed in the visual. 

Can you help me with solving this issue?

hi @GhanimFat 

Relative date works on System date and time not your database date and time.

if you put the Ralative date and time filter and within that time frame if data is not there/ available then it gives you blank bcz data is not available according to system time period.
