    Hinnax and here is the measure:

     

    Measure_Dec+Jan = 
CALCULATE(
[Measure_1],
FILTER ( 
ALL ( 'Date'[Date] ), 
'Date'[Date] <= MAX ( 'Date'[Date] ) ) 
)
