    Hinnax and here is the measure:

     

    Measure_Dec+Jan = 
CALCULATE(
[Measure_1],
FILTER ( 
ALL ( 'Date'[Date] ), 
'Date'[Date] <= MAX ( 'Date'[Date] ) ) 
)

Hinnax oh your looking for running total, here it is :

 

Measure_2 = 
CALCULATE([Measure_1], 
FILTER( ALL ( 'Date'[Date] ), 'Date'[Date] <= MAX ( 'Date'[Date] ) 
)
