Tie Breaker Rankx

Hi,

I need an easy tiebreaker fix that will breakup my Rankx formula. I am using the RankX to tie many data sets together and pull them into cards. This formula works for Ranking them except when there is a tie.

RankX by Actuals =

RANKX(ALLSELECTED(Tech),[FR Hours],,DESC)

I tried this Hasonevalue formula and it doesnt pull the name into the cards. There has to be a simple fix for this. Thanks for your help!
