Hi All,

 

I got this error whilel trying to manually refresh a dataset connected to a gateway: There was an error with your dataset. Select the warning icon to view the details.

 

The details is:

Last refresh failed: Fri May 19 2017 13:52:39 GMT+0800 (Taipei Standard Time)
The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.Hide details

Cluster URI:WABI-US-EAST2-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID:1e50ac3b-2588-45da-a9fa-8b3783d38b37
Request ID:68c39e5a-56e6-3311-552c-513dd31e58e4
Time:2017-05-19 05:52:39Z

 

 

I verified that the data source in the gateway was up and running.

Hi @WillemC,

Please click your dataset->schedule refresh, you will get a navigator like the following screenshot. Your Data source credentials works fine?

Please check your data gata way is also online?

In addition, I suggest you update your gataway to lasted version. More details, please review here here.

But is the gateway itself working?

And as a quick test, you can create a new report with connection, does that one work?
