Theme data colors for visuals without a Legend

I've built a custom theme for my PowerBI reports however I am unable to find how to style the Data Colors for visuals that do not have a Legend.

If you don't provide a legend field then the data colors formatting property shows a Default color selector and a Show all toggle.

I would like to know if it's possible to theme the Show all data colors in this scenario as they don't pull from the theme's global dataColors property.
