The conversion of a date data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

Hello,

I'm getting the following error message in Power Bi when add a field 'date' from SQL database to a table. I assume this is triggered by a record "1601-01-01", however I use Date type of the column and according to documentation the following range is allowed:
0001-01-01 through 9999-12-31 (1582-10-15 through 9999-12-31 for Informatica)

The conversion of a date data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.

Anyone knows how to allow this kind of data in the Power Bi Table?

HI @rocknvoltage ,

I can only think of getting it as a TEXT rather than DATE datatype in Power BI.
