Text filter field adding more values

Please try this:
First of all, I create a set of sample data:Home > Transform data >Select the Column 1 and Column 2(county, zip code and city...) > Transform > Unpivote Columns > apply&close
The result is as follow:
If the above one can't help you, could you please provide more raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples? It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following links to share the required info:

Thank you for sharing! It's helpful and i appreciate the step-by-step guide. I tried it and i think it created a new column named "attribute". It actually affected my map as now there's no city and zip code column.
