Text chart on Power BI visual

Hello all,

I was wondering if it was possible to have a text chart on my dashboard that allows the final client to add new information on the visual.

The info the final client must be abble to add is, for example: the material 123456 is being sold with 1% tax.

Here is a picture of what I would like to do:

@robertat You could use the PowerApps visual to help with this.
