I wanted to know if there is a formula that I could use in the text box that would update the text to say QTR 1, 2, 3 or 4 based on the months or quarter given by the parameters?

Title Measure =
VAR __SelectedQuarter = SELECTEDVALUE ( YourTable[YourColumn] )
RETURN

@walker8888 I guess you are referring to column headers, if that is the case, unfortunately, you cannot set these dynamically.
