Text Box dynamic value

For some time already no matter what I do I can't add the measure I created to a dynamic value in the text box. It just doesn't find it. It worked great in the past with any measure. I was just typing the name and it immediately popped up in the dropdown list. It's extremely frustrating... and yes I know I can use a card, but I would like to stay with the text box. 

Any suggestions?

Which version of Power BI Desktop are you using? I'm using 2.118.621.0 64-bit (June 2023) and able to find a measure by its name.
