Target setting in power bi
Dear Team,
I have a very simple issue (if in excel) but becomes very complicated in power bi.
So below is the table of target i have :
| Br Code | Business Group | Business Segment | Parameter | Parameter 2 |
| 1 | a | 1 | a1 | a3 |
| 2 | b | 2 | a2 | a4 |
| 3 | c | 3 | ||
| 4 | d | 4 | ||
| 5 | 5 | |||
| 6 | 6 | |||
| 7 |
Now basis this table i need to build monthly , quarterly , annual target
The problem - There are more than 1200 Br Code and for each branch there would be Business Group Target, segregated into Business Segment and each segment segregated into parameters
I need to build a target report out of it and measures for each column in a way that i dont have to make measures for target vs achievement for each column and there respective parameters individually.
Example
Lets say for
Business Group a
Business segment 2
paramter a1
Target is 240
and respective achievement is 230
i could make a measure , but to do it for all possible comibnations is very comubersome, please help here

Hi MNMKJ ,
Not sure how to read the information you have presented on the table vs text you written. In this case believe that you need to do some sort of unpivoting that will allow to have the several Targets and achievements.
Can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.
