Target VS Achievement Calculation

Hello, I am new user of Power Bi Tool. I know how to export or import data and make visualization. But now I have faced a problem when I want to create a chart about target vs achivement. For example, I have 4 sales person.  Their annual sales target are given below -

EMP -    Annual Sales Target -   Monthly Sales target

EMp 1 -       100-                    -        8.33

EMP 2 -        120                    -           10

EMP 3 -         240                    -           20

EMP 4 -         560                    -           46.66

How I would like to create a table in power BI to calculate the achivement in power BI monthly basis of target vs achievement. For exapmple - EMP 2 has sold 10 in January, 15 in February, 50 in march.

So the table will be like below -

EMP -    Annual Sales Target -   Monthly Sales target - Jan Sales - Jan Achv % - Feb Sales - Feb Achv % - YTD Sales - YTD Ach %

EMP 2 -        120                    -           10                       -  10          - 100 %        - 15             -  150%         -   25           -   125 %

the calculation must calculate ytd target and achivement automatically. how to do it?
