Hello,

I would like to depict tanks' level in a way similar like this.  Is there a relevant PBI visual? Thanks in advance

There used to be one that did exactly that (Liquid Fill Gauge), but I don't see it there anymore. If you can't find one in AppSource that does it, it could be built with the PureViz or Deneb visuals.
