Tabular Editor + RLS

When using power bi Desktop it is possible to export a RLS role by using Tabular Editor. You can right click the role and choose : script -> Create or Replace -> save to file. This will generate a tmsl file. However I dont know how to use this file to import the role to a different model. Is that even possible? If not what is the function good for?

at the current moment there is no UI available to import the TMSL file, see the Tabular Editor roadmap: Roadmap — Tabular Editor documentation
