Table with unique time periods as rows

Hello All,

I'm currently working with data from Salesforce in Power BI and I'm having some difficulties in creating a few specific tables and a KPI visualization.

  1. I'm trying to create tables that would display  specific periods of time as rows (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and Year-To-Date). The table would have two columns, The issue I'm having is with generating these specific time periods and getting the imto a table.

  2. Secondly, I'm aiming to create a KPI visual that would show the percentage change in the "wins". The KPI would ideally indicate the direction of change with an arrow and the percentage value should be color-coded (green for positive change Grey for no change and red for negative) Attatched is a powerpoint mockup of what I am trying to make,

display specific periods of time as rows (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and Year-To-Date).

Those time periods are incompatible and should not be placed into the same visual.
