Table visual not pulling in data if some fields are blank

Hoping to get some help! One of my Power BI table visuals will not bring in records if a few of the fields are blank in the source data. This particular visual contains fields from multiple datasheets that already have relationships set-up. I tried selecting "show items with no data" but unfortunately, that brings in a ton of unwanted records from the other datasheets with no data as well.

@rquin , what is relationhsip between tables ?  if that is many to many, try to create one to many using common dimensions

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
