Table visual for summary data

I am trying to create a summary table visual which includes a number of different metrics. The example below is something I built in another BI platform (Sisense) populated with dummy data. On that platform, this type of visual allows me to specify which measure goes in which cell. How would I build something like this in Power BI?

I tried using the "Enter Data" option to create a table with each metric name (first column), and then I used a Switch statement to pick which measure is assigned to each metric name. The problem I'm running into with this approach is that I can't do different formatting for the different metrics (e.g. currency formatting for the first row, decimal numbers for some, integers for some). Is it possible to do something similar to this with a built-in Power BI visual?
