Table view

Hi i am new to this.

I am trying to import data from a Microsoft Lists and convert it to table view then publish the report back to the Lists.

This is what i am trying to achieve:

The orange table is the Microsoft lists where the staff column is People column where we have multiple people/users.

I want to be able to convert that list into something like the green table above where it lists the table by person.

How do i achieve that?

Hi @pparma,

You can achieve this in Power Query Editor.

  • In Power Query Editor -> Go to Transform -> Split Column
  • Select the Delimiter as Comma.
  • in Advanced Options -> Select "Rows"

Hope this helps.
