Table value as a Filter

Hello,

Is it possioble to have a view like - A visual contaning table[x][y] (where x and y are number of rows and columns), after clicking on table[i][j] (where i and j are the indices), the value will be consider as a filter option and accordingly all relative visuals get affected.

Please suggest me the way to do it.
