Both formatted as Date in the table and Query Editor and it STILL will NOT create a relationship between the two that I can filter off of..... What am I missing here? It will filter one table but not the other.

Just guessing
- Based on the screenshot, one is active many-to-many and other is inactive. You can test by making the other active (, automatically other will become inactive)
