Table formatting

Hello,

I'm wanting to create a clustered bar chart showing a comparison of cost/savings for multiple categories. The data come from sharepoint in the following way:

I am having a problem finding a way to format this to where I am able to put it in a clustered bar. Any help/suggestions?
