Table/Matrix report export

Hi,

I am new to Power BI and I'm used to be a Tableau user where I can just drag and drop to rows or columns the details I want.

I wanted to create a report where I can export the same data with what is in the view. I've been searching some answers of my very silly doubt but got no luck.

Currently, I made matrix report same format below. But whenever I will export the data, it is not the same as per the report I made.

Table ReportTable Report

I tried creating a table report as well but I am not able to bring the brand into columns.

This question might be very simple to you but I am hoping somebody can help me. 😄

That often surprises/frustrates people when they export from a matrix, which is just a visualization of a table of data behind the scenes.  To export a matrix, you can consider using a paginated report with Power BI Report Builder.  Or, maybe you can do what you plan to do with the matrix export inside Power BI instead?

Regards,

Pat
