Table Matrix for Architects

Hi,

I'm very new to PBI and I tried to create table matrix visual to my report to list down summarize floor areas for my project, unfortunately I can't and confused. Please assist if anyone has best ideas and tricks.

One image I attached here is done manually calculated with excel in w/c i want to achieve using PBI (Filename :PBI-Want to achieve) and the other image is what I can current get using the datasets I have now.

looks like you are missing some table connections.  Please show your data model.

@Ibendin, thanks for your comment. I have screencap my model and shown below;

I tried to connect them using 'running totals' (per floor) to have over-all totals in 'total area', plus used many-to-one cardinality. No success, still got same output as before.

Sample below is my connection before, what must be wrong?;

And yes, I'm still confused on cross filter direction and cardinality.
