Table Links - Reltionships

I am struggling to get this to work so reaching our for some support. I have three tables one with staff names and post details, two with training course requirements for that post and three with detail of training completed. I want to build a visual of all staff, what training is required and where there has been any completed.

My tables look like this but do not give the required results. Any help appreciated!

Thanks - this realtionship gets me two standalone visuals which are fine but I cannot bring the two sets together as it doubles training records inaccurately - see below

i think you need to display the  TNR courses based on position from staff table. and based on courses you get the compltetion date and courses from training table.

Thanks.

Hi @jamiefisher
I think you should follow below relationship for your model. Dont create multiple relationship it causes confusion.
only 2 relationship should be there.

and I only want to see courses pertaining to the employees position.

Hi @jamiefisher
As per your requirement you can connect the following tables

I can get a visual of staff and training they need for their post and a separate one of traning delivered but can merge the two into one visual.

Really appreciate your help with this

I still dont understand what exactly you are looking. Do you want to display a table/matrix by getthing the values from 3 different tables??

You can give the expected output in excel format what exactly you need. it woud be much easier to understand you requirement.

Don't forget to give thumbs up and accept this as a solution if it helped you!!!
