TICKETS SYSTEM / RANK EMPLOYEES by % / CLOSED TICKET WITHIN RESOLUTION TIME

How can I do a Rank of employees by % of tickets closed on time?    Closed on time column contais values = Yes, No, Open   So I need the % of Yes out of total number tickets assigned to the emplo...
