Syntax to user USERPRINCIPAL name function in M

Has anyone used this function to filter a table in Power Query? I thought it would be as simple as this:

But, I'm getting an expression error I can't resolve.

As usual, thanx in advance for your help.

Hi @pawlowski6132 ,

What I mean is that it doesn't support for oracle data source.

Best Regards,

Dedmon Dai, I'm don't think that's accurate. I'm sure the Dynamic M Query Paramater is also available now.

Hi @pawlowski6132 ,

You can only use query parameter for it now. And you can change the parameter in mange parameter in Power BI desktop:

I think what I really want is to use the Dynamic M query parameter feature currently in preview but, not available for Oracle (or other popular data sources).

USERPRINCIPALNAME is a DAX function

You cannot use it in the query editor

Crap. Of course. Duh.

I don't suppose there's any way to create a Power Query LIST from a filtered DAX table either.

Frustrating.
