Syncing Matrix Data as a Tooltip with Stacked Column 100%

Hi all,

I have a table matrix that I want as a tooltip card that will update if you click on the respective stack in a column on a stacked column chart. 

At the minute, the table is on a separate page and does not sync/change if you click a stack in the column, but if its on the same page, it does. Is there anyway round this so I can make it a tooltip rather than taking up space from the main report?
