Sync Filters in Filter pane without using bi-directional relationship

Hi all, I would like to syn filters to each other in Filter pane without using bi-directional relationship .  I have found the same request in this post which is exactly the same what I am looking ...

Anonymous , You have ways for slicers but not for filters. So I doubt you need bi-directional join

 

Slicer there is way to use measure or another dimension

    Hi amitchandak  yes exactly there is solution when you have slicers in page report but I have Filters in Filter pane . I have already gone through the link shared by you which is actually not discussing about how to sync filters in filter pane without bi-directional relationship.
