Switching row and column in matrix

i have a power bi file to calculate the rolling 12 months average per quarter ( with slicer)

Power BI file is Rolling 12 months every quarter.pbix

is there a way to have a table switching row and column as below

that's simple case for 1 measure. if i have 2 measures to be shown in the graph

how can i have the table arranged this way :

then you need to format the visuals: Values -> Options -> Switch values to row........

switch the placement in rows to columns
