Switching between Metric and Imperial based on UID

I have an ask to allow the user to see the measurements in a report in either metric or imperial units based on the organization ID chosen. Is this possible? 

The dataset is structured like this:

Measurement ID  ||             Speed           ||       Distance      ||     Type     ||     Organization ID    ||      

The measurements are used in scatter plots and box-and-whisker-plots.

What do you mean "metric" and "imperial"? You said want to show data switching between Metric and Imperial based on organization ID, do you mean adding Organization ID into a slicer? Please provide some dummy data and show us your expected output.
