Summing with multiple filters

I am trying to create a measure that calculates the Sum of all spend for “Type” (A) where “Transpo” equals(car, boat, truck , bike)  while excluding Accounts 9,10,11. Can anyone help me with this?

 

 

type         SpendAccount        Transpo       
A             20,000,000    1             car
A20,000,0002Boat
A20,000,0003Truck 
A20,000,0004Bike
A20,000,0005Plane

Table[Type] = "A",
Table[Transpo] IN {"car", "boat", "truck" , "bike"},
NOT Table[Account] IN {9,10,11}
)
