Summing with multiple filters

I am trying to create a measure that calculates the Sum of all spend for “Type” (A) where “Transpo” equals(car, boat, truck , bike)  while excluding Accounts 9,10,11. Can anyone help me with this?

A	20,000,000	3	Truck

@parry2k  Thanks Parry. How do I include a filter for "type A" in this DAX?
