Summary Table

Hi

I have a data set where 1 user can create a number of jobs in a day - I can only get the table visual to count the number of jobs a user has created.

E.g

On 1st July

User 1 = 50 jobs

User 2 = 3 Jobs

I want the table to show

1st July = 2 Users

I appreciate that this could be a very basic answer but I very new to PowerBi

Thank you in advance

@KG1 create a measure to distinct count users, drop date and following measure in a table visual and you will get the result.

User Count = DISTINCTCOUNT( Table[User] )

Hi KG1,

if I have not misunderstood you the scenario is as follows:

Captura.PNG

And you want to count how many users have created jobs. if so then the result is a DAX measure count:

"CountUsersByDay = COUNT(Table1[User])"

And in your table/MAtrix or visualization, you may only put the days and the new measures like the next image:

Captura.PNG

I hope I've helped

Best Regards,

MMartin
