Summarizing values in table visualization

I have the following tables (abbreviated):

Resources.ResourceName	Resources.Hours
Resource 1	40
Resource 1	20
Resource 1	10
Projects.ProjectName
Project 1
Project 2
Project 3

And would like to create a PowerBI table visualization that looks like this, summarizing project count and project hours but keeping the detail :

BI TABLE VISUAL
Resources.ResourceName	Summary Hours	Project Count	Projects.Name	Resources.Hours
Resource 1	70	3	Project 1	40
Project 2	20
Project 3	10

Thought this would be simple, but am struggling as a leyman PowerBI user.  Any suggestions?

Could you show the logic of how to achieve the output visual from the original table? For example, why in Resources.ResourceName, the values are Resource1?
