I have the following tables (abbreviated):
Resources.ResourceName | Resources.Hours |
Resource 1 | 40 |
Resource 1 | 20 |
Resource 1 | 10 |
Projects.ProjectName | |
Project 1 | |
Project 2 | |
Project 3 |
And would like to create a PowerBI table visualization that looks like this, summarizing project count and project hours but keeping the detail :
BI TABLE VISUAL | ||||
Resources.ResourceName | Summary Hours | Project Count | Projects.Name | Resources.Hours |
Resource 1 | 70 | 3 | Project 1 | 40 |
Project 2 | 20 | |||
Project 3 | 10 |
Thought this would be simple, but am struggling as a leyman PowerBI user. Any suggestions?
Much appreciated...
Could you show the logic of how to achieve the output visual from the original table? For example, why in Resources.ResourceName, the values are Resource1?
