Summarising a column created duplicates

Hi,

I merged two tables in power query to create a table in the report.

This creates an issue when trying to summarize the qty column, i.e. sum(qty)

This is the unsummarised data

this is the summarised data.

how do I fix the difference in QTY?

Thanks

Hi @AOT ,

If the data in several rows are exactly the same, only one row will be displayed in table chart.

I think after the merge the few rows are doubled. Or they are two and not visible in first visual. Filter both visuals on the first item and check(That item shows diff).

Hi @amitchandak

I do not know know what you mean by filtering by the first item. It is the same visual (the same table).

It just produces different values when I summarize the QTY column.

put a filter of Atricle *60273282 and check how many rows each table gets
