Sumif based on date range in another table

Hi guys

 

I have got two tables linked via unique ID (ref). I am trying to pull the data through for each id which has own start and end date. There is another table holds month by month data.

Is there anyway that I can sum data for each id based on start and end date?

unpivtoed table (2) in query editor and added a measure
