In power bi desktop i created a mesure has name : NBR_ACTION= SUMX (F_VERSEMENTS, DIVIDE(F_VERSEMENTS[Montant_Promis],100))
When i wanted to create my report i have the same value for all rows
like below picture
how can i have a differente value please ?

What is the [montant_promis], is it a measure or a calculated column, the reason you get the same result is that [montant_promis] is passed in with the same value, check its output, try outputting it directly as [montant_promis], for example, NBR= [montant_promis ], if it outputs the same result, try to modify it.
