    Try this measure:

     

    KeyCount =
CALCULATE (
    SUMX (
        SUMMARIZE (
            Keys,
            Keys[Application],
            Keys[Data Subject],
            "NumKeys", MAX ( Keys[Number of Keys] )
        ),
        [NumKeys]
    )
)
