Sum data rows into blank row

Hello, help me please  i need to sum row number 100000 - 101102 into row 101199     ThankYour Jakkai k.

    hi Substance1001 

    Create a measure as below logic:

    Measure=IF(SELECTEDVALUE([NO])=101199,CALCULATE(SUM([Debit_Amount]), FILTER(ALL('Table'),[NO>=100000&&[NO]<=101102])), CALCULATE(SUM([Debit_Amount])))

     

    If you still have the problem, please share your expected output.
