Hello all!
I am rather new to Power BI Desktop, so thank you in advance for your insight as it is greatly appreciated.
We are currently trying to replicate a P&L statement.
What I would like to do is calculate subtotals within the matrix by account and department.
Attached is an example of what/where I am trying to get a subtotal.
Thank you again for the insight. Much appreciated!
Want to add subtotals where the blue lines are, capturing only the data above each line.

In the formatting options for the matrix, you should be able to turn Row subtotals and Per row level subtotals to ON. Then if your data is grouped properly, you should be able to get the subtotals you want. You may need a new value in your table to group accounts so that all the 4XXXX are grouped together
