Subtotal Empty or NA Display

Hi team.   i have the unique requirement for Matrix Viz. Please check and help if it can be done.   The user wants the Excess Return(Sub Total) to be displayed NA or blank if the Benchmark values...

    Measure1_e = 
IF (
    NOT HASONEVALUE ( 'Asset Class Performance1'[Asset / Sub-Class] )
        || ISINSCOPE ( 'Asset Class Performance1'[Asset / Sub-Class] ),
    [Measure1]
)
