Hi,
I've been searching for a while now.
The data source I am using is a list of all support tickets with their status, details, etc. Is it possible, using DAX or another method, to store the calculated result in a new "snapshot" table within the dataset, so that we can show the daily evolution of active tickets?
To give some more context;
The data source I am using is a list of all support tickets with their status, details, etc. One of the measures is showing the number of new tickets (current queue).
The report is refreshed every morning, but since the source is not historized, it's only showing the current number of active tickets at the time of the refresh.
@Anonymous , refer if this blog on similar lines can help?
Thank you, I use that exact page for other situations. My issue here is that a ticket can be closed and re-opened X amount of times.
To get active tickets you have to do a count of ID and filter on status = "Active". I don't see how I can combine that with the page you linked.
