Status at Last Day of Month

Hi All,

I'm attempting to make a count of the number of items that fit a certain status on the last day of every month and am stuck, any help appreciated.

Container	Gated Out	Received
1	2/16/23	2/26/23
2	2/22/23	3/2/23
3	2/25/23	3/4/23

Basically, I need a count of any item that was still "gated out" but not yet "received" on 2/28/23 (will need the same for 1/31/23,12/31/22, etc) , which in the case of the above table would be 2 (conatiners 2 and 3).

Count of Item = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNT('Table'[Gated Out]),
    EOMONTH('Table'[Gated Out],1))
