Status Completion Tracker

Hello,

Sorry if any of my questions come across as basic. It's been a long time since I have navigated Power BI and am currently working on a file that was built by someone else. The scenario is that we are using Sharepoint as our QA test site and feeding the data into PowerBI. Currently we are working on a dashboard to show completion percentage of each test run. Here is an excel mock up of what I would like it to resemble:

In PowerBI I am able to begin replicating that same outline. The issue I am coming to is that all the data I am using for this table is coming from one Column, "Status". This column has data text which I conver to the count of:

What I am needing to do is for each feature area is to have a completion %, this can either be on the same matrix or it can be on another visual that I can line up to each feature area. (Some of our test will have 60+ feature areas, the demo I only have 3 right now). Then from there, I would like to do a completion percentage for the entire testing. The formula we are using to determine completion percentage is: Passed+Failed/Total Test.

I tried to turn the Matrix into a traditional Table however it won't let me separate the numbers in the same fashion. Any advice and support is greatly appreciated. Let me know if any more detail is needed to assist.

Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I will do better to explain and I have attached pictures  to hopefully help better.

This is the Raw data that we pull from our sharepoint into Power BI

I can set up a run to make all "null" fields to blank as seen on this image. But this is where I am pulling the data from.

In Excel I use a Pivot table then build a reference table:

I am looking for a way I can build either a measure or something to show me the % complete in Power BI like I have in excel.

This is the formula I am using in Excel:

The issue I run into is that all the data (Blocked/Failed etc) comes from one specific column that has those labels in it and I have pulling the "Count Of" to get my numbers. I am able to create the matrix in Power BI to get the data to represent how I want in a table ( see second image in first post image), however I am unable to create the % Complete tab that I have on my excel sheet as seen here:

This is what I am able to get in Power BI (ignore the difference in overal numbers as these were two different test) but I can not for the life of me figure out how to accomplish in Power BI what I am able to do in Excel.

Thank you again for your help

Hi, @brentleh

Sorry I didn't fully understand. Can you tell you what you expect the output to be based on the sample data you have provided so far? It can be shown in Excel.
