Stacking on refresh and apply changes

90% times i stacking on refresh windows

 

also dublicated queries do not loading any info from excel files,

Restart not help

why this happing and how to fix?

    Digger , first of open power query and check and refresh data for table one by one and check which one causing the the issue. Check the data source setting for that.

     

    Or right click on table in data view and refresh and check .

     

    Also use these settings, As per need

      amitchandak  same, i already tryed all posible options swithching, still stacking, last PBI version

    Hi Digger ,

     

    What are your data sources? What is the amount of data?

     

    Based on your screenshoot, "Parallel loading of tables" option is not selected. Please select it and all tables will refresh at the same time.

     

    And you may need to change the "loading tables simultaneously" setting to optimize query performance. For details, please refer to this document: Evaluation configuration settings for Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.

     

    Some examples:

    Situation Guidance
    Data import is taking too long. Increase maximum number of simultaneous evaluations and/or available memory per evaluation.
    DirectQuery queries are slow to execute, not caused by limitations on the source system. Increase maximum number of simultaneous evaluations and/or available memory per evaluation.
    Power BI Desktop is taking too much of the machine's resources when importing data or executing DirectQuery queries. Decrease maximum number of simultaneous and/or available memory per evaluation.
