Stacked bar chart with tooltip to show % of each legend item

Hi, I wanted to show % of each legend item in my stacked bar chart. But it keeps showing 100%, can someone please let me know if my measure makes sense at all?

i) [CountDef] calculation listed below

ii) [BailOrRemandFourCategories] is the legend

Try like

Divide( [Countdef],calculate([CountDef], removefilters([BailPrRemandFourCategories]) ) )
