Hello Power BI Community,
I'm encountering an issue with my stacked column chart in Power BI, and I'm seeking guidance on how to address it. Here's the scenario:
I've created a stacked column chart to visualize data for the last 7 days. The chart works well, but towards the end of the month, it displays with gaps, interrupting the continuous flow of the 7-day trend.
Issue: The chart currently looks like this:
Desired Outcome: I want the chart to display a continuous trend for the last 7 days, even when it reaches the end of the month. I don't want to see gaps in the visualization.
Questions:
I appreciate any insights, tips, or guidance from the community. Thank you in advance!
Best regards,

If you have a Dates table in your model, you can add a [Date Offset] column to show the days relative to TODAY().
Date Offset =
VAR _Today = TODAY()
RETURN
IF ( [Date] <= _Today, _Today - [Date] )
For all dates of today or in the past it will calc the number of days from today and you could us that in your chart. you do have to change the data type to whole number on the column.
