Stacked Bar and Line Chart Horizontal

Hey guys,

I love the visuals on offer but I've hit a visualisation idea for a Horizontal Stack Bar Chart with a Line on the chart that I think would be absolutly perfect.

I've had a look at the custom visuals and my java/php/etc isn't strong enough to whip one up, I was wondering if anyone had it spare or an idea of what would be the best thing to do?
