Stacked Bar Chart to Actual calculate value Instead of summary of values?

Is there a way on a stacked bar chart to have it show multiple stacks with a Total just like result on Table.

I found out stacked bar chart just summary result into total labels, I just want stacked bar chart to calculate total from summary of data not devide by year.

@Anonymous , this seems like a limitation with total label, You can use stacked line visual with line size 0

But my issue occured with Stacked bar chart not stacked column chart,

you have any suggestion to rotate the graph to horizontal bar.
